I wanted to provide you with my thought process in starting up my Primo Vacations business, so that it may help you to make an educated decision on whether or not to start your own Primo Vacations business.
I have been involved in Network Marketing for about a year now. I started off like everyone else, not having any idea how to make money in it. I was joining all kinds of businesses, believing the “hype”, thinking that if I only recruited 4 people and they recruited 4 and so on, I would almost instantly be making an easy 5-Figures plus per month and that number would just keep increasing as my team grew. Well, here’s the reality…
MLM Problem #1: The average network marketer, according to industry stats, recruits 2.3 people to their business.
MLM Problem #2: The Industry has an average annual attrition rate of 85%. This means that you need to replace 85% of your team every year just to stay even with no growth.
MLM Problem #3: The average network marketer stays with a business opportunity for about 3 months. This ties into Problem’s #1 and 2.
I started to see this, was lucky enough to partner with a few mentors who showed me a couple of things:
- How to effectively market my business online
- What type of business I should be joining to make a substantial income in my network marketing business the easiest and fastest way. The answer is Direct Sales (not MLM)!

2. Payout Percentage: Primo pays out $500 on a $697 product. Compare that to Global Resorts Network (a primary competitor) that costs $3,095 to join and they pay out $1,000. This was a no brainer to me. I can sell at least twice as many $697 businesses as I could a $3095 business.
3. Professionalism: Primo is a part of the YourNetBiz family. Everyone who I have spoken with, from the owner Rob Hannley on down and every webinar I’ve been on just re-validates my decision. Everyone is professional and takes their marketing seriously.
4. The Industry & Product: In my opinion, the travel industry is the right industry to be in when starting a home-based business. Travel is a $8 Trillion business world-wide. Everyone likes to travel. There are many MLM type travel businesses as well a few very high-end direct sales travel businesses.
